About Us

Krymson Mini’s is a website designed to show off some of the miniature models that my husband and I have built, painted and played together. As a long time gamer (everything from video games, board games, and miniature games), my husband always encouraged me to join him in these hobbies while we were dating, and to my surprise I ended up enjoying them! The name “Krymson Mini’s” is actually based off of my gamertag, Krymson, which I chose when we first started playing video games together.

It was 6 years ago when I built and painted my first few models and I realized immediately that I did not like the assembling part (plus I was horrible at it), but I loved the painting. Ever since then, my husband and I have joined forces in our miniature hobby endeavours, with him as the assembler and me as the painter. We mainly collect a wide variety of Warhammer models, but we also have some Malfiaux armies. Collecting, building and painting miniatures has become an exciting and rewarding hobby and we spend way more of our time working on the models compared to actually playing the games!

My husband gifted this website to me for Christmas this year, to encourage me to be more determined and dedicated in my hobby painting. So with our newly purchased camera, light box and some freshly painted miniatures, I put in the time and effort and uploaded some photos onto this website! I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed painting them. :)
